Human Resources
EKA Human Resources Department aims to provide job satisfaction for
qualified employees who can contribute to the technological innovations
and developments in the power electronics sector, and integrate this
know-how into the performance of EKA. The department is dedicated
to offer the necessary infrastructure to motivate our employees, as
well as to provide them with adequate knowledge and skills to enable
them to meet the demands of higher positions.
Management development and education functions of the Human Resources
Department of EKA are of critical
