EKA Human Resources Department aims to provide job satisfaction for qualified employees who can contribute to the technological innovations and developments in the power electronics sector, and integrate this know-how into the performance of EKA. The department is dedicated to offer the necessary infrastructure to motivate our employees, as well as to provide them with adequate knowledge and skills to enable them to meet the demands of higher positions.

Management development and education functions of the Human Resources Department of EKA are of critical
strategic importance to fulfil the aims of the company. It is important that the employees be success-oriented, and that they improve both themselves and their work, whereby enhancing their skills in a continuous learning process. The Human Resources Department assists employees in defining their level of knowledge and skills, thus determining their needs for improvement, and provides suitable educational programs to meet these needs.
